The business was founded in 2018 by Javier Avila, who started with a single van and a clear purpose: to offer a moving service built on hard work, honesty, and proper customer service. That simple aim still drives everything we do.

Stalwart was founded by Javier Avila, a former removalist manager with a background in business, marketing, and construction. He started the company with a clear purpose: to offer a moving service grounded in care, honesty, and professionalism.
Today, Javier leads a team that reflects those values. He continues to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, keeping things personal, practical, and focused on service.
Stalwart remains proudly independent, with strong ties to the Melbourne community and a growing list of happy clients.
